I'm having difficulty linking employees under Amelia with existing WordPress users. When I edit the employee and try to select the users Username or Email, the only option it gives is to 'Create New' and below it says 'No Matching Data'. Is it supposed to be this way? Is there no way to search for existing users under there?
In order to link your employees with existing WP Users, those users need to have the "Amelia Employee" user role. Since I suppose you don't want to change the role they currently have, I can suggest installing User Role Editor plugin, with which you can assign multiple user roles to your users. When you do, they will appear in the dropdown.
So I had given that a try prior to making this ticket and it hadn't worked. I thought that was gonna be the issue as well. I'll give it another attempt but I'm not hopeful.
If not, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Justin
Thank you for your purchase.
