2. To set phone to be a mandatory field, please go into General settings of Amelia, and enable this slider:
1. Both Name and Username are mandatory fields, and there are no settings within Amelia to change that. However, we've had one user from Korea, who had a similar request. Please take a look at his ticket:

It may offer a good idea of what you can do about the issue.
