first it's a great plugin! I bought the Add-on for Formidable Forms, because I I'm publishing post by FF from the front-end. The post are created /edited / deleted by different logged-in users and they only see the posts that they are published (its a kind of database). That feature is easy to build with FF.
I would like to use wpData Tables for showing them a sortable table so they could manage the data better then on a listing page. The integration FF and wpDT is clear, but doesn't integrate the possibility to see only the entries of the logged in user. It always populates the whole list of all entries published by all users.
I tried it with direct access from wpDT to the sql database which worked fine and showing only the connected entries for the specific user, but it's really complicated, with all the data...
I bought this add on to have the possibility to connect both plugins in a easy way and I'm wondering if there is a workaround for my problem? Maybe it's just a simple add function....
Thx for your help
Tom
PS: do you plan an add on that is more similar to the Gravity Forms add on with more possibilities (editing etc) for Formidable Forms also?
Unfortunately, since tables created from Formidable forms cannot be edited, the Users see and edit only own data feature is not included in it, and cannot be used. You would be able to do this with Gravity Forms, though.
The only workaround would be like you mentioned - through a complicated SQL Query, but in that case you don't even need the add-on. We are planning on updating the add-on, so tables created from Formidable forms can be edited too, but I cannot say when it will be included. We'll need to work with Formidable's team, and determine what the best way to go about this would be.
Gravity Forms don't come into question, because creating posts are't in their focus at all, I know it's possible with your add on, but I would need the creating post add on from gravity, which is rudimentary and only possible to get with the elite plan over 200 bucks a year..... Formidable Forms makes a far better job in this case. Good to hear it is planed for your add on so I will keep it... I will try a workaround with custom forms. This will make it easier to make simple sql query and connect it with wpData Forms.

You're welcome Tom
Sorry I couldn't provide a more positive response, but I'm glad to hear you'll be able to create a workaround, and that you will keep the add-on.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Best regards.
