My appointment times are overlapping. I am the only consultant so if someone schedules an appointment at 9:00 and another person schedules at 9:15 then I'm overbooked. Am I missing a setting?
Also, as I bring in other sales associates, how can I stop overbooking for them as well.
Here is a look at my calendar:

Here is a look at what I'm trying to accomplish, just times that don't overlap:

Hello Dameon
Thank you for your purchase.
I guess what's confusing here is that you have all these time slots in a 60-minute window:
If someone was to book an appointment at 9AM, all time slots between 9 and 10 will disappear. With it configured like this, you're simply allowing your customers to choose any time slot in the 15-minute step defined in General Settings of Amelia:
If you want the time slots to appear as 09:00 - 10:00; 10:00 - 11:00; 11:00 - 12:00 and so on, simply enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot", and that's it.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
