We are looking to download the latest update 2.4 . Can you please advise from where can we download this?
We are still on version 2.01 since that was the last email we had received regarding any update and a download link.
Is there any automation or notification on wordpress (like other plug ins) that will enable us to update in a timely fashion.

You need to download the 2.4 file from where you bought it.

If you entered the purchase code in the Activation field in Amelia, you should receive automatic updates, like all other WordPress plugins. However, that version is pretty old, and we've been having some update issues with v.2.1. You can do as Laurent suggested (thanks for the help, by the way), and see how you can update the plugin.
