Hello,
I am not happy with this product. The does not do what is expected or promised.
I st my working hours, bur time slot in the front calendar will not match them. I even turn off "show booking slots in client time zone" but it still will not work. An d time zone is really a big component to me, which I am not willing to compromise given where my clients are located. Please, issue my a refund asap.
Thank you,
Hello leoleukam,
Sorry for replying a bit late, we are not working on weekends.
Could you please check have you set your city timezone in your WordPress General Settings? Since this setting/timezone applies to Amelia as well and if it isn't set to your timezone there can be a mismatch between the front-end and the back-end time slots (and Google calendar if it is set to your timezone as well accordingly).
If you still want to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you don't see it on the screen please scroll to the right).
