1. I want show all the services on the booking form for choosing one of them but hide the option to select the employees (but any employee can be selected) How can I do it? css? I dindn't see any option on the shortcode.
2. Other question, when no employee is selected as the previous case, what is the logic after the selected employee (random, abc, ...)
We can help you hide the employee dropdown with some custom CSS, but I'll need you to share the page where the form is with me, so I can find the correct selector.
The plugin randomly chooses the employee when you leave it to "Any Employee".
Following with the 2 question, when no employee is selected and you have several employees (let say 4 employees) for the same slot and same service.
On the next case who employee is the next booking assigned to?:
- second booking for the service, as I said (no employee is selected and you have several employees (let say 4 employees) for the same slot and same service).
- General option on "Appointment Settings" "Allow booking below minimum capacity" enabled.
Like I said - it's random, so there's no telling which employee will have the next appointment. If you have 4 employees working on the same time slot, and the same service, your customers will be able to book 4 appointments at that time.
The plugin randomly assigns it to an available employee.
Thanks for the explanation. In some use cases, as mine, that implies that if the important matter is the number of bookings, you can book for the same purpose the same service to several employees. We will need to adjust manually. In other plugins, I have worked with this option can be select, i,e: choose randomly or assign the priority of employees.
I would like to suggest this improvement on your sure large list :)
Unfortunately, the logic is still assigning the employees randomly. There's no way for Amelia to know which employee is busier.
It requires additional code to be added to the plugin, since we cannot simply change the behavior - there are a lot of users who find this approach extremely helpful, so we would need to add an option to choose either/or. I hope it will be added in the near future, but I can't make any promises.

And following bookings on the same configuration?

Hi again Adela
I agree, and other users have already suggested this feature, so I suppose it's already high-up on our list.
I hope our development team will dedicate some time to it in the near future.

Hi Aleksandar!
Any updates about this? I also have a ticket related to this feature: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2509450
