Hi, I've purchased your plugin and like it a lot. However it's missing a key feature. Or at least it appears to. If I have 5 staff members and 3 rooms for services how can I make sure a room doesn't get double booked? I see this referred to as resource management in other products similar to yours. Do you have a similar feature? Unfortunately it's a deal breaker for this project. :(

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility the appointments to be dependable on room (or any other parameter) besides employees and time slots in Amelia with its current built-in features. The only work-around, but we suggest it if more employees are connected to only one resource this could be achieved with connecting all of the employees to one Google calendar, so when an appointment is booked for one of them that time slot is blocked for other employees as well since it is created in Google calendar.
I will add your feature request to our list, but for now I can't say if and when this can be implemented.
