Hello actually i created all my event of the year (more than 50, it always the same and it's reccuring) I must do it because i have multiple promo code, and each time i add an event i must go to my event and reapply the code to all the event.
when i use the shortcode i see all my event, it's inconvenient and very confuisong for the user, so i went into each event and hide event on the site. So now i must go each week on the back office to show each event.
Does here is a chance that you implement these parameter ?
Give the possibility to show only the 5 or 6 or X nexts events: [ameliaevents event=1 recurring=1 number_of_event_to_show=5] => it show the 5 next events of category 1
Give the possibility tho show only the next events coming during the next 5 or 6 or X days: [ameliaevents event=1 show_all_event_coming_until =5] => It show all the next event of category 1 planned in the 5 next days
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to limit the events which are shown on the front-end to some number in Amelia with its current built-in features. But I will add your suggestion/request to our list so we can consider implementing this feature in the future.
Since there are shortcodes for single events (using their ID) and some events (using tags) the only work-around I can think of at the moment, is to put tags in your events connected to the time in the month/year and change the shortcode (the tag in the shortcode) when the period is changed. Maybe that would take less time than hiding each event. So, you can put tags 1week January, 2week January or similar and just change the tag when one period finishes and the next one begins.

Can you please add the possibility to select multiple tags with one shortcode, it could be very usefull if i want to show only 2 specfics events.
[ameliaevents tag='tag1, tag2']
or
[ameliaevents tag='tag1' tag='tag2']
