Hi! I'm interested in the plug-in. But before I make the purchase I want to know a few things.
1) Is there any way to ask the customer to confirm the appointment? That is, to make a double confirmation where from a unique link that I will send by mail or by WhatsApp manually, that client can confirm the turn?
2) Can I ask for extra fields of information? Example: alternative phone number, city, ID, etc.
Sorry to disappoint you but there is no option for customer to confirm the appointment, they can only cancel it via email.
We do have email notifications and you can see for which cases you can send the customers an email ( attachment)

We do have custom fields option where you can choose which information should be displayed more on the booking form, you can also set them to be mandatory so the users must enter that information.
