This is pre sales query
We are looking appointment system for Hospital where doctors are quite busy. We want to give them authority to accept, reject or shift Appointment to further date.

i gone through Amelia medical front end & backend. I made a new employee and assigned few services. I logged as employee but I did not found mechanism to accept or reject.

We want employee get notification about appointment on his email and he can accept or reject that particular appointment request from email. If he accepts then it adds to employee google calendar.

Can we do this with Amelia ?

Thank you for your inquire.
In order for employee to accept and reject the appointments from the back-end you must enable that option in the Amelia Settings-> Roles settings.
As for the other question, to accept and reject with the email, unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment.
This is requested from time to time and we will definitely consider adding this option for some future updates.
