Hello,
we offer excursions of 4hours , twice a day . one starts at 9am and the other at 2pm. however, in the calendar there is many time periods for the trip , starting at 10 am or 3pm , which we do not have . how can we make the calendar to only show the 2 possibilities ?
some excursions are not available all week , how can i make this service available for monday, friday and sunday only for exemple ?
thank you
Hello Massimo,
In order to have only these two times available for booking on the front-end you need to enable the option 'Use service duration for booking a time slot ' in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings. If this is disabled the plugin will use the option 'Default time slot step' and create time slots on intervals set in this option.
You can assign different services to different days in Amelia. When you go to Employees and open the Work hours tab for each employee, you can click on the 'pencil' icon to edit that work time period and click on 'plus' + icon next to 'Apply to All Days' when you want to create a new work time period. There you can assign the services that you want to be available for this employee at that time/day.
Hope this helps!
