wpDataTables and Gravity Forms are mandatory for the integration add-on to work, so you will need to purchase all three.

Gravity Forms Integration for wpDataTables is just an add-on that allows you to create tables from existing Gravity Forms. At the moment we don't have lifetime licenses for our add-ons, so even if you purchase the lifetime license for wpDataTables, you will need to purchase the yearly subscription plan for Gravity Forms Integration for wpDataTables.

Well, that's a "Forbidden" error. I don't know what's being blocked on your website, but you may want to white-list wpDataTables admin-ajax calls. They are being made for every table you're trying to generate.

You can reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to white-list wpDataTables calls. They should know what to do.

Usually our customers simply reach out and ask for wpDataTables to be excluded from the black-list. You may need to provide your website's IP address, but I doubt that.

You need to do that by logging into our store http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received when you purchased the plugin, navigate to Purchases, and you'll see "Cancel Subscription" button. If you don't see it, or it has been grayed out, it means you already unsubscribed.
