We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
We have 4 locations in Amelia, but we can only see three of them in the frontend or when i want to insert a amelia booking in the site.
I also have multiple services but i can only see one service.
I have no idea whats going on.
Hope that you can help me!
Thanks in advance!
Hello ricardo
There could be a few reasons for this.
If you still can't resolve the issues, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi ricardo
Thanks for the credentials. Here's what I found:
1. Jeffrey van der Meer is assigned only to service Gratis Proefles, and his working hours are only on Saturday from 10:30 - 11:30 at Den Haag. Since Gratis Proefles lasts one hour, and doesn't have any buffer times, that is fine, and I can see this appointment can be booked from front-end.
2. Jochem Branderhorst is assigned only to 7 - 15 jaar; with working hours on Monday from 17:00 - 18:00 and Wednesday from 18:30 - 19:30 on all locations. I can also see these time slots on front-end.
3. Rienk Bauritius is assigned only to Gratis Proefles; working hours Monday - 16:00 - 17:00 at Den Haag; then on Tuesday - 16:00 - 17:00 at Rotterdam Noord and finally on Wednesday - 15:30 - 16:30 at Den Haag. All these dates are available from front-end.
4. Yucel Fidan is assigned to 12 t/m 15 jaar, 3 t/m 5 jaar and 6 t/m 11 jaar services; working hours as seen below:
All these services appear correctly on front end for this employee too.
Initially, when I load your booking page, I can see all 4 locations:
Depending on the service you select - the locations will change. So, for example, if you select Gratis Proefles, you will see two locations because Jeffrey van der Meer works at Den Haag, and Rienk Bauritius works at Rotterdam Noord.
All seems good on your website, as far as I can see.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
