We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
How can I customize the step by step wizard colors? I changed them in customize but only the default blue is showing up in the widget
Hello Antonio
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please check the page through Incognito mode? If the changes did apply, you simply need to clear your browser's cache, and you will be able to see the change on front-end.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I checked this through incognito mode and in a different browser however, the colors I chose on the back end are not appearing on the front end.
I have cleared my cache on WP and on Cloudflare.
From what I can see on the category service color for example...when checking the CSS, I see my custom color however it is overridden by inline CSS.

Hello Venessa
This may be caused by some conflict with your theme, or one of the other plugins you have installed.
I can't say for sure, though, until I take a look.
Can you open a new ticket, where you can provide me the link to the page in question, so I can take a look?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
