In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have installed the Amelia booking system and aside from one crucial missing feature it is fantastic! My company is an online tuition company and we have the need for students to book multiple lessons (eg. every Friday at 3pm for 6 week).
Having assumed that the one booking would allow the user to add the lesson to cart, return, book another etc. as we are using WooCommerce we ploughed ahead. This was a frustration, but based on the rest of the plugin we were happy to await your multi-booking solution. I have discovered that actually the user needs to check out for every lesson booked (which could mean checking out up to 8 times per week for some students.
Clearly, this is not something that we can ask our users to do.
Could you confirm the estimated release of the multiple booking facility and / or a workaround that would allow us to take payment for block bookings?

Thank you for the compliments, we are glad to hear that you like Amelia.
Unfortunately, we haven't yet planned the exact time for the multiple bookings feature to be released, so for now we can't say when it will be. At the moment, we are considering the possibility of adding this option through WooCommerce first but unfortunately I can't say if and when this will be implemented.
Multiple bookings at once in Amelia can't be achieved with any work-around unfortunately.
