If you add some Conditional Formatting, you can create a rule, where a CSS class is added if a cell is empty. So, when that rule is met (a cell in a column is empty), the CSS class would hide the row. It'd be a class like "hide", which is already stored in wpDataTables, so there's a possibility you wouldn't even have to define it.
