We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have the 6th Feb blocked out as busy on my google calendar, but its showing as available on my booking system... why is this?

Yes that is selected... should it not be, its not clear?
Hi Susanna
I'll take over Bogdan's ticket.
It should be enabled if you want the event to be removed from Amelia as well.
Can you please try setting the busy event in Google to last 23:30h (so not "whole day", but a limited amount of time), and let me know?
There could be a bug with "whole day", and if the time slots are removed after you define a specific duration for the Google Calendar's event, then we can confirm it and work on the issue. Since I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my end, I cannot guarantee that it's a bug.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Bogdan's
By setting a big slot of hours to be blocked out as busy seems to work, so I will do that from now on.
But will you be looking into it?
Thanks so much
Susanna
Of course, Susanna
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The issue has been forwarded to our development team, so they will look into fixing that for our future releases.
Kind Regards,
