We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    I am currently developing a webservice for a client, I would like to purchase this product. However, the client has as of yet not decided on a domain name. Is it possible to buy a license to work with the IP address until a domain name is found?

    PS: I was going to buy the Lifetime plan, however, on the pricing page, it is suggesting that the lifetime plan is renewed yearly. I reckon this is just a mistake, please confirm as well.

    Thank you for your interest in wpdatatables.

    Sorry for late response. 

    We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.

    Yes you will be able to use another domain, but before that you will need to contact us to deactivate license on old domain. We are working on features on our store where you will be able to switch that by yourself in the future.

    It says it is on 99 years but that is just because of Paddle - our provider who can handle just subscription, but you won't be charged ever again.
