I would like to make an appointment scheduling system for a medical clinic using Amelia, which has multiple locations in different cities. It would be important that on the front end LOCATION field could be somehow splitted in 2 parts: city and  address. On all of the 3 front end forms of Amelia only the location name can be used, which is less relevant for the end users when they search. Obviously they would be interested to filter first by city as location. If I put in the location name only the city name, it is not enough, because in bigger cities the clinic can have many offices. Could you please help me how to add multiple locations in this way that I have separate the location city and the location address and  both fields are filterable in the front end forms?
