In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Question about front-end :
When clients are booking, I'm the first employee on the list (Laurent) and I would like to be the last one !
Is there a way to sort employees on Front-End ?
Question about Back-end :
In Western Europe countries, we usually use Last Name to sort Clients. Amelia is always sorting employees and clients through their First Name.
Is there a way to sort clients and employees through their Last Name ?
A feature to sort employees like you did for services could be interesting :-)

Thank you for your purchase.
This can be sorted with changed the ID of the employee in the database, but I highly not recommend this because it can mess up the ID;s of the services and locations as well.
We will try to find a proper solution for both cases that you mentioned below for some future updates of the plugin.
