The problem is that when i try to create a new table by "create a table linked to an existing data source", or "create a table by importing data from data source", when i select any of my files and click "save", system reply with this message:

Hi Milan, thanks for your reply. Files contains sensitive data, but I tried with a sample file trying to verify if the problem was in the original files. It doesn't work anyway. I attached the sample file so you can check it out.
I used your file to create a table, and it works just fine. First, it came up with bad structure because you're using a semi-colon as a delimiter, while we use a comma. The table did load, though:
So, when I changed the delimiter in wpDataTables settings:
And created a new table, it came up good (see attachment).
You probably need to reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them to install the ZipArchive on your website. They know what to do, just ask them to install it, and try again. If it fails after that, please let me know, and I'll see if there's anything else we can do.
Hi Aleksandar, thanks for your reply. I wrote to the hosting provider. Unfortunately the replay was that they can't install zipArchive. They told me there is the standard php zip library on available as default.
After adding that folder, I still faced the same issue, and that indicated yet another folder missing. I just went ahead and deleted the whole wpdatatables folder via FTP, and installed the plugin fresh.
After that I was able to create tables without any issues. Please test it, and let me know if it works fine now. Also, please feel free to delete the test table I created.
