    Hi Ismahar,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Miloš Jovanović

Ismahar have you found the place to insert the script. i still dont have a anwser to this from TMS....

    Hello Ismahar Ismail,

Try adding the script at the end of the file or you can try adding it in the footer/header of your theme or add it using a plugin like for example  Add Admin Javascript.

    Hello mathias borgen,

I replied to your ticket yesterday, 1 hour after you posted it so please check it out!

    Hi

This does not help at all. Kindly specifically inform me at which i should add the code to functions.php

I already have the Header/ Footer plugin to add code. Dont plan to add another plugin to my site.

    Hello Ismahar Ismail,

If you already have a Header / Footer plugin then you don't need another plugin for this, you can add this script using that plugin.

Please let me know if this worked!

    Hi

Already added. Nothing changed and Amelia still not working. Its been nearly a week now

    Hello Ismahar Ismail,

Unfortunately, adding the script to the Header / Footer didn't work because these are only applied to the front-end - pages/posts, this plugin isn't affecting the back-end and the conflict is in the back-end not the front-end. Our developer added this script to a view.php file in Amelia on your website, so everything should work properly now.

Please let me know if everything is OK now!

Sorry that this required some time, but unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP and solutions require some time because we need to see how the other plugin is made and what is causing the conflict.

    Which one?

last time you mention functions.php. Now its view.php

    which exactly?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hello Ismahar Ismail,

On your website, we added the script to the view.php file, which is a file in our plugin (path to it ameliabooking/view/backend/view.php).

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,

    Hi,

In your earlier email, you clearly mention "add the script to the functions.php file."

Now, its view.php. Which is the right one? what about the functions.php? did your teal alter it?

  • [deleted] replied

    Hello Ismahar Ismail,

Depending on the nature of the conflict it can require different solution - it can be done with adding the scripts to header/footer of the theme, functions.php file - which is a file created from a theme , it isn't always available in WordPress, and in most cases we suggest this to be done with using plugins for adding JS or CSS to the back-end since this file may be different depending on the theme or the setup someone has in WordPress.

Since we didn't want to modify anything else than Amelia on your website, we looked for a place where we can add this to one of our files and resolve this conflict. We tried it now and it seems to work so we will add this in our next update so this conflict will not be there anymore after the next update, hopefully.
