Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
I'm a business advisor, and I travel to my clients. Is there any way for them to enter their address when they book a session?
Hi sh65,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
Yes, there is an email field in the booking form ( which you can set to be mandatory in the Amelia settings) so the users must enter their email in the booking process.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan,
No, I meant physical address - as in where they are located. I travel to them, so I need to know exactly where to meet them.
Vagaro and Schedulicity have what's called an "outcall" option where the client can enter their physical address when booking their appointment. Do you have a feature like this?
If not, how am I supposed to collect that information?
Thanks,
Sam
Hello Sam,
Unfortunately, we don't have that as an option in Amelia but you can create a custom field for this purpose. If you create a custom field and make it required/mandatory customers will need to fill in their address in the booking process.
You can read more about custom fields following this link.
Hope this helps!
