Hi there. I am using the free version before making a purchase to test out the plugin. As of now, I don't think I can move forward with purchasing. I have followed instructions to a T but the table I am trying to import keeps coming up blank. Is importing a table reserved for only premium users?
Hi Michelle,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
1) If you are not able to import data with your file then maybe there is a issue with your file. Can you try to make a table with dummy examples from our website?
If you are able to create a table then there si some issue with your file. You can send us wo we can take a look.
2) I suppose that you have some data in this table (because there is no screenshot from back-end) and I suppose that this table is shown properly in back-end. If that is true and you have only issue on front-end then you probably have some plugin or theme conflict.
You can try to turn off option Include bootstrap on frontend in main settings of plugin. If that not help then please check your Inspect element-> Console in browser and check do you have some errors and if you have please take a screenshot and send us, so we can see it.
Also, you can try to deactivate plugins one by one and check is there some conflict with one of them. If that not help then you can try to change the theme.
3) If all of this not help then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
