First of all, I love the frontend customer panel - it looks great and seems to work well. However, it has highlighted an issue that I require some help with.
I require a different amount of notice of cancellation for appointments (24hrs) and events (14 days). As things are right now, the notice for events is the same as for appointments.
One of the following would solve the issue:
1. Add a 'minimum notice required to cancel' option when creating events that is separate from appointments (preferred)
2. Remove the option to allow customers to cancel events via the frontend panel
3. Remove the option to allow customers to cancel both appointments and events, but still allowing appointment rescheduling.
I realise that these are probably feature requests, but if there is any way that any of these options could be implemented now that I have not spotted in the settings, your help would be appreciated.
Thanks for your response! I am exactly interested in the third option Ana suggested: “Remove the option to allow customers to cancel both appointments and events, but still allowing appointment rescheduling.”.
That can be done with some custom CSS, and it will apply only to the customer panel.
Sure, please open a new ticket where you will provide me log-in information for one of the customer's Customer Panel, so I can remote in, and find the selectors you need.
Thanks for the clarification! I am using free version of Amelia as of now. I will purchase pro version but I am waiting this ticket to be resolved: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2463019/. Then I can provide you information about Customer Panel. Till then, is there any documentation explaining custom CSS to remove the cancel option that I can read?
There's no documentation that would explain how to create custom CSS, since not every page is the same (different options in the plugin move the selectors, so it's not the same code always).
That's why we need to remote in and find the selector.

Hi Ana,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
I will need to forward this to our developers team to see if this can be done as a small customization.
If this is a "small feature" we can probably include it for the next update of the plugin.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan,
Any updates on this request? Thanks in advance!
All the best,

Hello Esad
What exactly are you interested in?
The questions raised here, by Ana, were not included yet.
You can set minimum time required before canceling per Service - that has been implemented.
If you need something specific, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
