    Hey,

I can see that a new update is coming. But can’t update.

"a new version for Amelia is available. Display the details of the 2.4. Automatic update is not a available for this extension"

    Can you help me ?

    Hello Jrm57,

Could you please tell me have you activated your license in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation?

    Salut Jerem,

    Hello Jeremy,

If you still have the same issue with updating and activating Amelia, please open a new private ticket for this issue and please provide us a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. Also we would need your FTP access to debug this.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
