Hi
I am providing a service in multiple locations in an area covers different cities, but it is possible more each employee one person, How can i fix this issue?
thanks
Hello Mohamad
Thank you for your purchase.
At the moment, employees can be assigned only to a location at a time. That is - one time frame per location. For example:
Employee 1 - works from 09:00 - 10:00 on Location 1
Employee 1 - works from 10:00 - 11:00 on Location 2
And so on. He can't be assigned to multiple locations at the same time.
You can duplicate the employee (with a fake e-mail address), and connect both employees to the same Google Calendar, so your customers would be able to book the employee at two different locations, but when one of them is booked, the other one will not have that time slot available because they are both connected to the same Google Calendar.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
