The issue here is that Amelia is around 7 MB in size, and your website's upload limit is set to less than that - you need to increase the following in your php.ini file:
upload_max_file size,
post_max_size,
max_execution_time
The php.ini file can be found on your hosting panel. If you can't find it yourself please ask your hosting provider to provide it.
If you have FTP access, you can extract the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file, and copy the folder "ameliabooking" into ../wp-content/plugins/
When you do that, you will see Amelia in the Plugins list on your dashboard.
This issue will happen with all plugins that are larger than the limits on your website, not just with Amelia, so I'd strongly recommend increasing that.
Thank you for your reply, I purchased the product as I was having trouble with my own booking plug in and I felt this would be a quicker fix. How do I request a refund for this Amelia plug in?
Just to confirm I have not downloaded or used this plug in.
Sorry to hear you don't want to use the plugin after purchase.
You need to log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
Please note that you will face this issue again with all plugins that are larger than the upload limit defined in that file, though.
As you can see in your screenshot, the "Update Billing" button is cut off, meaning there's still content to the right of the screen. Can you, please, scroll the page horizontally, and you'll see the "Request Refund" button.
If you still cannot find it, please provide me your store credentials, and I'll do it for you.
Thanks for your help, I found it. I would say that it would be good to ensure the full options are visable without having to scroll across as it's not clear that there is more options that are not shown.
I can imagine if I had decided to cancel a few days before the cancellation period was over it would have been very stressful.
It's an issue I forwarded to our development team a couple of times, and hopefully they'll implement it soon.
Since you asked here for a refund request before 15 days passed, we would've refunded the purchase anyway. It'd just have to go through extra channels, but you'd still be refunded, no question about that.
Hi,
I can not upload the plugin. I have sent an attachment with the error message I am getting.

There is no option anywhere to request refund on the price, the update accounts sections does not offer a refund option either.
