When booking, the customer does not get an email notification even after following the instruction in the documentation. Only the employee gets the notification.
Can you please ask your customers to check their SPAM and JUNK folders? Sometimes these automated notifications wind up in those folders.
Have you enabled the customer notifications, too?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I spoke to the hosting company NameCheap and this is what they stated.
The real issue is the fact that your website is sending calls to our server in the first place, while it should send them to smtp.gmail.com, as you have SMTP method configured on the end of Amelia plugin.
Please ask the plugin developer to check why the website is continuing to use default mail() function instead of SMTP call as it was configured to do.
The default mail() function is being used if you choose WP Mail instead of SMTP from Notification settings.

I am using Gmail SMTP to send and receive emails. I found this message in the Spam of the seller Gmail, see attachment. What is the fix?
