    Hi there,

I'm having problems with the plugin causing a log in pop up for users on the homepage and the table being an endless load icon.

I have tested disabling my plugins and amelia is definetly the cause. I thought it might have been my site was insecure but i have recently added ssl and that was not the cause.

I have the same problem today. This has happened several times and Wordpress advises it is an Amelia problem too when chatting with support.

    Hello Fraser Paterson,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please send me screenshots of the issue or a video of the issue? I am not sure if I understand what exactly is happening. Thanks!

    Hello Tania & John,

The same applies to you as well. If you could send screenshots or video of the issue that would be great!

    Hello Fraser,

Thank you. I am not sure that Amelia can add this pop-up login but I will forward this to the developers so they can check this out.

Regarding the spinning wheel, when you just get it without it ever loading, it usually indicates that you're missing one of the following:

    • Category and service
    • Employee
    • Employee is not assigned to a service
    • Employee doesn't have working hours configured

So, please check these out and let me know if you still have the same issue. Thanks!

I have a category and service's, with employee having set working hours and assigned services.

I have also tried configuring a payment method as my service's have a cost attatched.

still no luck with the load icon.

    Hello Fraser,

Please check if you have assigned the services to the employee and vice versa. Also check if the employees' work time periods are longer than services' duration (together with the buffer times) assigned.

If you still have the same issue afterwards please open another PRIVATE ticket and provide us a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Hi Marija, Thanks for all your help.

I have resolved the issue, I made sure I had everything setup correctly and it still wasn't working correctly.

The problem was with my wordpress installation with my host, it extra security methods in place which was causing the login prompt and causing the amelia content to not load.

    I have now fixed this,

    Thank you.
