Sometimes I need to add customers manually when they are not able to book online. I log in as administrator, click New appointment. I can fill in all the required fields until I get to the date. The first 2 weeks of appointments are blocked out and the first one available is always about 2 weeks away. I should be able to book any date even tomorrows.
Appointment settings are: minimum time required to book appointments 2hrs, maximum period appointments can be booked in advance: 15 days.
Do your employees have available time slots for those 2 weeks? Also, are they connected to their Google Calendar? If they are, and they have some busy events created in Google Calendar, those time slots will be blocked as well.
If this doesn't affect the booking, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I think I have figured it out. I can go to appointment - edit appointment and add a customer to this appointment. I think the New Appointment button is only to be used when an appointment doesn't already exist. I assumed that was where you added your customer to an appointment.
Oh, well, sure that's the issue then. You are correct in your assumption - the New Appointment button is only to be used when an appointment doesn't already exist.
I'm glad you found the issue there.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

Any ideas?
