I just cloned my site to test a few things. Very bad surprise, it is empty of all the content of amelia. Yet in phpmyadmin, there is everything. I made a diff of the 2 mysqldump and everything is ok. I can give you private access You can also offer me other solutions. Thank you.
There may be an issue with the foreign keys in the database. Since you cloned the website, the constraints probably kept the old website's database prefix, and that's why it's not pulling anything.
I'll gladly take a look, but I'll need you to provide me with database access as well.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I'm posting my previous response publically, so you can see it.
Thanks for the updated role. However, I still cannot replicate the issue you're facing. Please take a look at the attached video.
There may be something blocking your IP address, because both websites show exactly the same data I see in the database.
Can you right-click/inspect element, and see the network tab - does it display any errors? I am logging in with the credentials you provided, and I'm able to see everything. I can see from your screen recordings that you're not able to, but that can be some leftover cache, or like mentioned before - some permission issue imposed by the server or a security plugin.

Hello again Laurent.
Thanks for the credentials.
I logged in, but everything seems to be in order, both in the database, and on your website (see attachments).
Is the issue resolved?
