In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hello TMS Plugins,

    I'm contacting you because I've few questions about your fantastic plugin : 

    • We have multiple stores, but we just have one service and it doesn't depend on the employees. Would it be possible to allocate one employee to every store ? Because it's complicated if we have to create an employee each time we add a location.
    • I'm using "[ameliabooking location=1]"" to show the custom booking form, according to the location the customer chose (on a store locator we developed locally). It works well but I would need to know the ID's of the locations I have, i don't find them on location settings page. Could you please explain me how to get them?

    Thank you for your purchase and for the compliments. 

    Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends. 

    • You can assign employees to multiple locations but not at the same time, unfortunately, if that is what you want to achieve. The employee can be assigned to different locations at different times in employee - work hours tab, but it can't be assigned to multiple locations at the same time.
    • The IDs can be seen in Classic and Gutenberg editor. For some page builders there isn't a possibility to choose a location like this but you can choose classic and see there the ID and use it in the page builder shortcode. If you use the Gutenberg blocks when you enable 'Preselect booking parameters' in the right panel. You can find the IDs in your database as well. Please look at the attachments.
