We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is there a way to organize all my tables and charts into folders, or at least tag and filter them? I'm building out a series of charts for some online reporting and I'm going to have a LOT of charts spread across multiple reports and I need to be able to organize them better.
Alternatively, is there a way that I'm overlooking that allows for wpDataTables to make use of multiple sheets in a single Excel document? That way I can upload a single Excel document per report and have separate sheets/tables within one file I can pull from.
Hello Kieran Clark
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Tables and charts are being saved one below the other, and there are no folders you can store them in, on your WordPress site.
Also, at the moment, the plugin cannot read a single file with multiple sheets, as only the first sheet will be used for table creation.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Ok, thanks for the clarification! I would definitely like to submit folder organization or supporting multiple sheets as some sort of feature or additional addon.
Hi again Kieran Clark.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
