We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Why do you make it so hard for customers to contact you just to ask a simple question.
Surely you could gather information upon contact. Customer service and experience is everything
Hi Rosinda Abbot (Browne),
I am glad that you've managed to contact us and I am sorry if you had any inconvenience.
We are constantly working on improving customer experience based on research that we are doing and suggestions that we receive and we would be more than grateful if you could explain to us what was the problem during your contact.
Thank you.
Is there a decent plugin to
A) Indicate /reduce availability after booking
B) allow multiple and single bookings in the same class (there is still a limit overall)#
C) allow specificity of dates for package of classes for different clients booking various number of classes.
D) allow customers to schedule their appointment once they have paid/booked
I am trying to be clear here.
Hi Rosinda,
We don't do support through the calls, only through this support platform.
1) The appointments are separated from the events like you have noticed. Each service (appointment) and each event can have maximum capacity set, however during the appointment creation the customer cannot see the number of spots left (for the events number of places can be seen).
2) We do allow single and multiple bookings of course.
3) and 4) Unfortunately this would be packages option and our plugin doesn't support booking packages at the moment. At the moment only single booking during one booking checkout are possible. Customer can choose one date and one time slot when we talk about the appointment. For the events you can specify multiple days and offer booking of multiple days but customer cannot choose those dates and time slots, you specify them in the moment of making the event so I am afraid that our plugin doesn't suit your needs at the moment. We do plan to work on packages solution but it will have to wait for a little while until we implement some more requested features first.
Best regards.
