We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Does your integration with Gravity Forms support the Chained Selects field-type? I purchased the premium version of Gravity Forms to get this field type and want to be sure it is supported in WPDataTables before I purchase your add-in. It's not in your sandbox environment, so I couldn't test it. (This option can be installed with the premium or enterprise license from Gravity.) Thanks.
Never mind. I went ahead and purchased your plug-in anyway. It appears Chained Selects is supported, although the field are comma separated in one field in WPDataTables, as opposed to separate fields. It would be nice if WPDataTables would provide the option of putting the data into separate fields instead of all into one.
Hello Robert.
Thank you for your purchase.
We're using Gravity Forms' API to generate tables, and the data is being pulled exactly as their API stores it, so if it's comma separated, that's how wpDataTables reads those fields.
I agree with you that it would be better if that data would be in separate fields, but unfortunately at the moment it is not possible.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
