We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

On the Amelia settings page I'm getting a 500 error when trying to click the Payments menu under Settings. I'm running a localhost installation using "Local by Flywheel" which is software that runs a virtual machine on my computer to setup websites locally.

Activation settings is also coming up blank, it seems numerous other sections aren't displaying properly either.

FYI - I created a demo site online with my host and these issues were resolved. So definitely an issue with the local/virtual machine setup.

    Hello Austin Headley,

    Thank you for your purchase.

The two most common causes of this error (500) are a corrupted .htaccess file and exceeding your server’s PHP memory limit. You can check if you have the .htaccess file and if it blocks Amelia somehow. Also, please note that our plugin have a size of around 6 MB so maybe you need to increase the following: upload_max_file size, post_max_size and max_execution_time. You should be able to find these values in your php.ini file or on your hosting panel.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
