Hello,
how to manage specific rights for the reservation of a room for specific users. Kind of like a privatization.
I must be able to offer students from a school to book co-working rooms.
But only the students of this school should be able to reserve these rooms. (ideally the rooms should not appear to other people who come to the reservation site)
Other users of the reservation system must be able to access all the other rooms and events of the system but not the rooms of this school.
Each user must have a unique identifier and receive information from their own reservation.
Is it through user rights? tags?
Thank you
Hello Laurent.
You can create a specific service for students of the school, and to use the service's ID to show it only on a certain page.
However, for that to work, you would also need to add other services with their specific IDs, so I don't know if that would work for you.
You could create the page for those students, and add the code like this [ameliabooking service=3], while other pages would have other shortcodes like [ameliabooking service=1] or [ameliabooking service=2].
If you use the original shortcode [ameliabooking], all services (including that one) will be displayed on the page.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
