    2 Issues to work out.

    1. As I only run 1 dance class 3 -4 days a week, 25-35 people attend, some pay cash at the door, some book online in bulk, in other words some people prefer to purchase what we call a class pass, eg: buy 4 classes get the 5th free, (incentive to keep coming to classes) to do this I need to be able to turn off the calendar booking so multiple people can order the same pass for the same class times. Currently once someone purchases and books online no one else can purchase for that time slot (that would be ok if it was a private lesson) not for group classes. Is there a way to deactivate employees and calendar.

If not when might this be added to the plugin.

    2. Also I love to be able to group email as apposed to individuals that takes far too long and impractical and impossible to do.

Any chance this might be added to the plugin.

    Cheers

    Shane

    Hello Shane,

    1. Unfortunately, there isn't an option for bulk purchases in Amelia. Only one appointment can be booked at once.

When you set the maximum capacity for the service to be 45, for example, and you enable the option 'Allow booking below minimum capacity: ' in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments, 45 customers will be able to book this service at the same time.

There isn't a possibility to deactivate employees and the calendar. You can hide the employee dropdown on the front-end so default employee will be added to bookings but the calendar must be there for customers to choose a date and time for the booking. Appointment can't be created in Amelia without these information.

    2. When you create the service as a group one the email will be sent to them from Amelia for any notification you set in Amelia -> Notifications.

You can read more about group appointments following this link and about appointments settings here
