In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

Amelia shortcode button not visible in Beaver Builder

    Hi,

    This site uses Beaver Builder. Previously the Amelia button would show in a text module. It doesn't anymore.

    I need a shortcode for a specific service/employee/location. I tried to retrieve the code using the Gutenberg blocks and then copy/paste the shortcode in te BB text module. Adding the location= part breaks it. Only a spinning ball.

    Please advise.

    I also now seem to be missing the option to determine a default location for a service? I thought that was previously an option?

    Hello Debbie.

    Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

    Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

    As for the location - the employee needs to have a default location, while a service depends on the employee.
