Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot see the IDs anywhere in the UI.
My advice would be to use Amelia Booking View - Gutenberg block, and with it you will see a menu on the right, where you will be able to choose the service you need:
The ID of the service is located in the database, in wp_amelia_services table, if you still need to find the ID. In one of our next updates we'll include all IDs in the UI, so you'll be able to see all IDs easily.
Our development team is working on this, and the IDs should be included in the next update, or the one after that (I can't guarantee which one).
