We haven't had these issues reported to us until now, so I can't tell you right away what the issue is.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for your response. Your attachments show the same issue that I and my subscribers are seeing.
In your first attachment, from within the Events function in Amelia, you can see in the list of events that the new subscribers call for today Jan 13th is set for noon, and the next event after that, repertory, is set for 12:30. Those times are correct, set in PST.
In your second attachment which shows the calendar as it is presented to a logged in subscriber, you can see that the event time for the new subscribers call is 8pm, not noon - 8 hours ahead as in UTC time. The second event after that, repertory, is at 8:30pm, not 12:30.
This is the issue - that within Amelia's events, the items show the correct time. And then when a subscriber logs in using Safari or Safari iOS, the time is shown as London time, not properly set for the time zone of the IP address of the subscriber.
This time issue does NOT happen in Chrome or Firefox. I am attaching an image here with Firefox (left) and Chrome (right) side by side, showing these two events correctly at noon and 12:30. I am attaching another image with Safari, showing these 2 events at 8pm and 8:30pm.
Our subscriber site has participants from many time zones and countries, and many of them use iPhones to access, so they are letting me know that this is an issue for them. I am grateful for your help, and confident that you will find a solution for us!
When I activate
"Show booking slots in client time zone"
Amelia>>Settings>>General
Safari and Safari on iOS show London time (GMT) from [ameliaevents] shortcode.
Any ideas?
Firefox and Chrome seem to work fine, showing the event times in the user's local time.

Hello Karen
Thank you for the credentials.
We took a look at the website, front-end and back-end, but we couldn't replicate the issue.
In back-end it shows 12:30 - 13:00, and in front-end it shows 20:30 - 21:00 in Safari (see screenshots).
Can you please check again, and let me know?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello again Karen
I understand. We're in UTC+1, so we thought it was working fine.
After comparing the page in Chrome, we saw that the times are actually 1 hour behind when viewed from Safari.
The issue should be fixed with our next update, which will be released today, or tomorrow at most.
When you install an update, please let me know if the issue is fixed or not.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

You're welcome Karen.
I hope the update fixes it, and that our developers get to release it today. We ran into a bug yesterday, so it has been posponed.
