We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello, 
    I bought the MyListing theme to create an eventing listing site that includes eventing ticketing and booking. I want to integrate Amelia as my booking solution but can't seems to find a way to make people create the event, set the start and finish dates(fetch it from the a date field) and to create tickets and the available slots for those ticket on the FRONTEND -- tying all these to a specific event by the client. 

    I think this will be a really cool implementation of your amazing plugin and a unique solution since a lot of people are looking for a solution like this to the theme. 

    I will be glad if there is a way for me to achieve this theme. Thank you

    Thank you for your purchase, and for your kind words about Amelia.

    However, I don't quite understand what your suggestion here is. If I understood you correctly, you'd like to allow people to create new events from front-end, correct?

    We will be releasing a new feature - Front-end Customer Cabinet, which will allow you to customize front-end for your customers, but I don't believe that this will be included.

    Can you, please, explain in a bit more detail, and I'll forward that to our development team.
