We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hiding Event Booking Option

I'm listing multiple events on the Upcoming Events page (the site has been moved from development to production - https://pekaccounting.com/upcoming-events). Some have registration on other sites and I do not want to accept bookings on my site for those events.

I am currently using CSS to hide the "Book this event" feature (changed to "Register for this event") for 2 events listed on the page. In the future, when setting up a new event, I would like to select if the "Book this event" feature is shown or hidden while still allowing the visitors to see the event and its details.

Is there a way to do this without manually editing the CSS for each individual event when wishing to hide that option and if so, how?

    Hello Carrie

    Thank you for your purchase.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

Unfortunately, if you create an event, it will automatically be available for your customers, so you will need to hide it with custom CSS. Another way would be to have a false customer, and have the event's capacity be set to "1". That way, you can add that customer to the event, from back-end, and it would become unavailable on front-end right away, but it would still be displayed.

    Would that work?

    Kind Regards,
