    Hi

I purchased Amelia Pro and made Activated using your site and in the plugin setting.
On the page where I want to view the calendar I used the shortcode: [ameliabooking] but displays a timer that doesn't stop loading ...

The weird thing is - before I purchased the plugin - I installed the free version of Amelia through https://wordpress.org/plugins/ameliabooking/ and then the page did show the calendar, but after I removed it and installed the paid version, the problem was created
The site is in a Production Development environment using a host file. - That's why I can't provide you with admin information.
    A screenshot is attached
    Thanks in advance
    Zamir

    Hello Zamir Gomeh ,

    Thank you for your purchase!

When you just get the spinning wheel, without it ever loading, it usually indicates that you're missing one of the following:

    • Category and service
    • Employee
    • Employee is not assigned to a service (or service doesn't have employee assigned)
    • Employee doesn't have working hours configured (services are not assigned there)

Please check these out and let me know if the issue is gone. Also, please check if the services' duration together with their buffer times is longer than the work time periods of the employees to whom they are assigned to.
