Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello,
We would like to set up couple/duo massages. The Amelia services do not allow to select 2 masseurs. If the customer books a duo massage, the 2nd masseur remains available for another massage ... this messes up completely the planning. How can we solve this problem?
Thank you.
Hello Bertrand,
Apologies for replying late, we had two non-working days due to the holidays.
Unfortunately, this can't be achieved in Amelia with its current built-in features. Two employees can't be connected to one appointment.
The only work-around for this use case would be if you connect these two employees that work together on the same appointments to the same Google calendar so when one of them is booked the time slot for the other one will become unavailable because of the created event in Google calendar. But, in this case the appointments made for one employee will always block that time slot for the other employee. So, this would be useful if they always work together on the appointments. You can read more about Google sync following this link.
