    Hello,

I been having some issues with the booking system, know that I figure out how to fix it, I have another issue, Im hoping you can help me get it sorted today.

Amelia plug in isn't integrated properly with Stripe and I  need to be tested to ensure that all customer information carries over into Stripe.

I need to set up recurring payments as well as and Admin Fee that will appply to all Services.

Please let me know how can we get this fixed.

Thank you in advance for your prompt response.

    Hello Luzmar Fernandes,

When you enable Stripe as a payment option in Amelia, you will have credit card option for payments in the booking process. In the booking process, you will have fields for filling in the credit card details and that is it. Unfortunately, this is the only way Stripe works with Amelia for now. You can't change this and you can't add some other things outside of Amelia to this payment process, like Admin Fee as you said. Recurring payments are not possible in Amelia, we will add this feature in one of our future updates.

You can check out WooCommerce integration, maybe this will be more suitable for your use case. You can check out the WooCommerce plugin.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,

    Good morning,

    It happened AGAIN!

The plug in "mysteriously disappear' AGAIINNNN from the page!

What is going on? That's twice too many!

I purchase this tool which has "disappear" from my page twice and I can't even get my money back?

If Im not getting my money back, could you at least figure out why s this going on? The least I could ask is to have some customer support and have this weird issue fixed once and for all.

Thank you in advance for the prompt response.

I just simply don't understand how can the plugin just disappear just like that.

Look at the picture, is not on the left panel aynire, is the same that happened before.

Last time, I accessed the GoDaddy back end and I delete the folder, and uploaded again.

I thought that would fix the problem once and for all, but it happened again.

This is obviously a bug with your product.

    Hello Luzmar Fernandes,

I am sorry to hear that you have the same issue again.

But, unfortunately, I can assure you that this is not a bug in our system, since no one has ever complained that they have the same issue as you are.

Could you please tell me have you contacted your hosting provider about this? Have you told them about the issue that you have and if they can help out with this? Since it seems like the server or anything else on your website is blocking Amelia to function properly.

If you can give us cPanel or give us your GoDaddy access, I can forward this to the development team so they can check if they can find the issue with your website.
