I have created a table with an external button link. I want to track the clicks on the buttons per row with google tag manager or analytics. Is there an easy way to achive this? Maybe with a JQuery snippet?
I tried clicky for example as an alternative, but the tracking script loads before the table is finished loading (I guess). Therefore it does not work. Hope you guys can help
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
However, there is a detailed explanation on how to make this work with wpDataTables and Google Tag manager here. Please check that, and let me know if it provides the answers you need.
