I have a requirement where I need to show data from CSV to a wordpress page in Grid Layout, but wpdatatables plugin only shows data row by row and not in custom grid design. Is it possible to achieve the grid design with this plugin? If yes, I would definitely consider to buy it.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
It may be possible to display a grid element inside a table with some HTML, but converting the table to display as Grid instead of Table is not possible.
